Our Summer Competition

We are pleased to announce our new Summer Competition! Win the beautiful and stunning clock and mirror set shown in the photos below! The prize is worth £95 so we have a very tough question for you to answer! The question is: Which female American business magnate was born into a Polish-American family in 1941? As the competition has an American theme, we thought we'd make the closing date Independence Day: July 4th 2008. As soon as the competition closes, the Country Traditionals panel of judges will scrutinise all entries. If several people have the correct answer, the winner will be the one randomly chosen from all correct entries. We will then notify the winner. Enter as many times as you want to increase your chance of winning! Check this page again after the competition closes: we will announce the winner as well as the correct answer! The Small Print The closing date of the competition is July 4th 2008 The Judges' decision is final The prize will be the Clock and Mirror shown in the photographs above - a cash equivalent is not available In the event that several entrants have submitted the correct answer, the winning entrant will be randomly drawn from all those who submitted the correct answer In order to accept the prize, the winning entrant must consent to their name and county, or city, of origin (if UK) or country of origin (if elsewhere) to be displayed on the competition page of our website for 1 month after the competition closes Country Traditionals will post the prize to the winner, at Country Traditionals' expense If we do not hear from the winner using the email address they supplied within 1 week after the competition closes, we will select a new winner.
